Job: Mortgage Advisor Location: Redditch Basic Salary: up to £40,000 (depending on experience) OTE: £75,000 Hours: 8:30am- 5:30pm Mon - Fri every other Saturday, with a day on in the week in lieu An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a leading estate agency in Redditch. Leads will be generated in-house. Panel of 90 lenders, LV, Royal London, Aviva and more on Protection Panel What's on Offer? Consistent leads from the estate agency business with 5 branches. Your own office A great office environment and relaxed atmosphere Company events and yearly trips abroad Key Responsibilities : Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices. Growing the business alongside (the owners) to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers. Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion. Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance. Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company. What We’re Looking For : Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent). A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A self-motivated person with the ability to work independently and contribute to the wider business.
