Overview
The role is Hotel du Vin Waiter/Waitress in Edinburgh. OTE up to £13.19, inc of tronc, with flexible working hours and shift patterns. Permanent.
We are open 7 days a week and require people to work a range of shifts and days, with flexibility discussed at interview. The role involves being the face of the restaurant, helping control the flow, and communicating with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities
* Be the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
* Participate in shift work across evenings and weekends as part of a flexible pattern.
* Support team development and customer service excellence to differentiate guest experiences.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience as a waiter/waitress or similar customer service role (entry level available).
* Flexible availability to work 7 days a week as required.
* Willingness to participate in training and apprenticeship programs.
