We have a great opportunity for a Planning Manager to join our team within Vistry Cotswolds, at our Cheltenham office. As our Planning Manager, you will be reporting into the Senior Planning Manager.
As a key player in the development process you will lead on all matters of planning from early site feasibility studies working with the land team to inform acquisition, through to overseeing the planning process and seeing the site through to delivery.

* MRTPI qualified
* Experience working within a residential house builder
More about the Planning Manager role…
* Managing planning applications from pre-app through to consent and discharge of conditions.
* Appoint and manage a consultant team to produce robust and timely planning applications to the appropriate planning authority.
* Build good relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders.
* Support the land team with planning advice on new site opportunities.
* Help develop layouts and proposals to meet planning requirements.
* Monitor planning policy changes and local plan updates.
* Attend planning committees, consultations, and community meetings
* Providing detailed handovers to the Technical and Construction teams upon the successful determination of planning applications.
* Comply with all Group’s policies including Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
