Responsibilities
* Deliver friendly, outstanding customer service
* Assist customers with eye care and fashion eyewear, provide product knowledge
* Maintain store visual standards and cleanliness
* Support team members with daily store tasks
Qualifications
* Previous optical store experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
* Passion for the Specsavers brand and customer service
* Basic optical terminology knowledge
* Experience fast‑paced customer service (desirable)
