With plans for multi million pound investment and a state of the art manufacturing facility, we are seeking an experienced Head of Electrical or Lead Electrical Engineer to drive the business forward, taking manufacturing operations to the next level for the Electrical Engineering facility, H&S and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Head of Electrical or Lead Electrical Engineer
* People Management, including the motivation and mentoring of your team to effectively problem solve and develop their careers, aligning the right level of leadership to drive the site and manufacturing lines forward
* Implementation and management of HSEQ standard and policy
* Heavy Industrial Electrical Engineering
* To support with the move to a new state of the art manufacturing environment in the local vicinity
* To identify opportunities to further automate manufacturing processes
Essential Qualifications for Head of Electrical or Lead Electrical Engineer
o 18th Edition and current BS7671 regs and knowledge of PLCs inverts
o Leadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve teams.
o Working knowledge of IEC 61508/61511
o Complex EX14 or working knowledge and prove Atex Responsible person requirements
o The position reports to the Site Operations Manager and provides a high level of influence and autonomy within the business, along with opportunities for both personal and career development.
o Electrical Maintenance including heavy Industry Plant Knowledge
