Framework Housing Association is looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Operative to help keep our homes safe, comfortable, and in great shape. If youre a practical problem-solver who enjoys variety, independence, and seeing the results of your work every day this could be the role for you.
What youll be doing
Tackling day-to-day repairs in our homes
Working on void properties to get them ready for new tenants
Carrying out a mix of maintenance jobs plumbing, carpentry, decorating, patch plastering and more
Spotting issues before they become problems and reporting anything that needs extra attention
Treating our customers and their homes with respect
Keeping job updates simple and accurate using our systems
No two days are the same and thats exactly how we like it.
What were looking for
Experience in property maintenance or a multi-trade role
Confidence using tools and fixing a wide range of issues
A positive, can-do attitude and pride in your work
Good people skills youll be working in customers homes
Ability to manage your own jobs and time
Full UK driving licence
Qualifications are great, but practical experience and the right attitude matter just as much.
