Role Overview
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will play a crucial role within the Head Office function, providing expert people management support, strategic insight, and operational HR guidance. As a HRBP, you will partner closely with the relevant Head Teacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and Executive Team members within the group to shape and deliver strategic people plans that align with the Group’s vision, mission, and educational priorities.
The post-holder will also contribute to cross-organisational HR initiatives, ensuring a consistent and high-quality HR service across the Group.
Person Specification
* Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence at a strategic level.
* Skilled in interpreting HR data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Experience managing employee relations cases and organisational change.
* Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-site organisation.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and training delivery skills.
* Experience within the education sector, or regulated environments.
* Familiarity with safer recruitment and ISI compliance requirements.
