Role Overview No two shifts are the same in this role. You will help with day to day routines such as personal care, mealtimes and getting involved in activities. It is a practical role where being organised, calm and willing to help makes a real difference to how the day runs. You will be based in one care home, matched to a location that works for you, so you can get to know the team and feel comfortable in your role. During the summer months, homes are especially active, creating a positive and social atmosphere for both residents and staff.
