About Our Community Resource Centres (CRCs)
We operate two Community Resource Centres in Bath and Midsomer Norton, each offering residential care for 3045 older adults. These centres provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals with a range of needs, including dementia and physical disabilities.
Combe Lea is a warm and welcoming care home where we focus on promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our residents through meaningful activities and compassionate care.
Your Role as a Night Care Assistant
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering person-centred care overnight. You’ll:
* Build respectful, professional relationships with residents and colleagues
* Support residents to maintain independence and dignity
* Use equipment safely and effectively (full training provided)
* Contribute to a positive, caring environment where compassion and quality are valued.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is a strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Has a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care
* Ideally has experience in care (though not essential we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds including nursing, learning disabilities, and healthcare)
