What the role involves 🔎
* Lead the delivery of client projects, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination.
* Build trusted client relationships through regular contact and reliable follow-up.
* Oversee project tools and systems, keeping timelines, content, and communications accurate and up to date.
* Support trainers and delegates with briefing, scheduling, and logistics for virtual and in-person events.
* Gather and analyse feedback to inform improvements and share insights with the wider team.
