Job Title: Global People Data & Insights Lead
Location: Home Based (Remote working)
Contract: 12 months FTC
Are you a data-driven person who loves to turn data into visually appealing insights? Are you experienced in analyzing HR/People data to support strategic decision-making? Do you enjoy presenting insights through reporting and analytics, effectively communicating the story behind the data to enable action?
We have an immediate need for a maternity cover reporting into our People and Performance Director to bring the latest thinking in data analysis, provide comparisons with internal data, and develop suggestions for future ways of working. The Global People Data & Insights Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our people data, reporting requirements, and talent and succession data and insights.
What you'll be doing:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand people data requirements and strategy
* Manage and deliver all people reporting requirements on time
* Provide data and reporting analysis internally and externally
* Ensure compliance with all global people data requirements, including local legislation and GDPR, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data
* Deliver meaningful insights in areas such as diversity, performance, talent, and employee engagement
* Analyze and interrogate people data, KPIs, and dashboards to highlight key trends and develop proactive insights and recommendations
* Communicate and present data results clearly, understanding the audience and questions to be answered—tell the story
What you'll bring:
* Established expertise in people analytics
* Experience with similar deliverables in an HR/People data-focused role
* Highly analytical with strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
* Influencing and communication skills to present data effectively across different domains
* Strong presentation skills, capable of distilling complex information
* Ability to translate data into actionable insights
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
* Experience with data visualization tools
* High integrity when handling confidential and sensitive data
* Understanding of the impact of reporting and data requests on business operations
