Onboarding Manager - Remote - SaaS - Up to £35,000
We are working with a market-leading SaaS company that provides advanced business management software solutions. Their commitment to meeting customer needs has resulted in their market-leading position as a respected service provider.
They are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Implementation professional to join the team. As a key part in the Onboarding journey, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional support to new clients both online and on clients' sites, ensuring they are ready for product launch in their business. This includes assisting with data entry for new clients, working with technical teams to configure and set up client databases, and providing initial support through email and telephone.
* Developing new tools and ideas to enhance business processes and contribute ideas for future enhancements or new software features in team meetings.
* Updating employers' CRM systems with information gathered during the Onboarding process, including specific needs, requirements, and ways of working, in a thorough and detailed manner that ensures the quality of service.
* Leading and coaching a team of Onboarding Specialists to ensure the successful implementation of into new clients. This includes providing coaching, training and mentoring to team members to support their professional development and skills enhancement in order to meet the requirements of the Onboarding process, monitoring and tracking team members' performance on a regular basis.
* Collaborating with the Customer Support (CS) team to ensure that new clients are passed over effectively for ongoing support. This includes streamlining and optimising the Onboarding process to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction, using data analysis and feedback from team members and clients.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to drive positive outcomes for the business and clients. They will have proven experience in a similar position, ideally with experience of leading/coaching/mentoring a team; and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of successfully onboarding customers with a high level of satisfaction.
