What's involved for the Area Sales Manager…
* Manage and grow new and existing customer accounts
* Promote and sell our clients products across your region
* Deliver on-site product demonstrations and installations
* Prepare and follow up on customer quotes using CRM systems
* Promote finance, insurance, and aftersales support packages
* Complete appraisals on used equipment and tailor machine specs
* Keep CRM system updated and ensure accurate forecasting
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a first-class service
* Support customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
What you'll need…
* Proven B2B sales background - ideally in construction or similar
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable managing your own territory and workload
* Clean UK driving licence
