We are looking for a Data Analyst to work in our Leeds office twice per week.
What you’ll bring to the table:
1. Strong understanding of business reporting processes and experience in delivering reporting solutions that drive customer, colleague, and commercial value
2. Ability to capture and translate business data requirements into clear specifications for reporting and analysis
3. Proficiency in data wrangling techniques to clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting and reconciliation
4. Experience transitioning reporting from legacy platforms to cloud environments, ideally GCP
5. Familiarity with reconciliation testing to validate data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
6. Ability to analyse business tools and data flows to document data dictionaries and lineage
7. Understanding of modern data strategy, including the importance of data quality, governance, and accessibility
8. Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using data storytelling to highlight the value of reporting and insights
