Commis Chef - British & Indian Cuisine:
The restaurant & bar is stylish, stunning, high-end, high-volume restaurant in the Oundle Village.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Experience as a chef in a British cuisine and knowledge of Indian cuisine is a bonus
* Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
* Experience in Sunday Roast will be preferred.
* Worked in a high-volume environment
* Properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
* Minimize waste and maintain controls to attain forecasted food cost
* High level of skill in knife handling and technique
* Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
Having a car will be an advantage due to the nature of the location.
Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work visa will be considered for the above position.

Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
