The Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Higher Education Sector Sales Lead to convert marketing-qualified leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and positioning our AI solutions for education as essential tools for universities and colleges.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the higher education sector
* Build relationships with C-level decision-makers (CIO, COO, Vice Chancellor)
* Deliver consultative sales presentations and AI solution demos
* Collaborate with Microsoft partners and internal teams
* Forecast pipeline and exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For
* Proven success in B2B technology sales, SaaS, or EdTech
* Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles
* Strong understanding of higher education challenges
* Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
* Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI solutions
* Previous sales management experience is a plus
