Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Communications Coach to support professionals across our revenue‑generating businesses in EMEA. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fast‑paced, highly regulated financial environment and can translate financial concepts into clear and compelling messages. You will work directly with senior leaders, investment bankers and product specialists to strengthen their presentation, pitching, and stakeholder engagement skills. The goal is to ensure every interaction reflects our brand, builds trust, and drives commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver high‑impact coaching primarily focused on Investment Banking and Markets client pitching, with broader application to senior‑level client communication across verbal, written, and visual formats.
* Partner with deal teams to craft client‑centric narratives that are concise, compliant, and commercially compelling.
* Review and elevate client pitches and presentations to ensure clarity, strategic positioning, and executive polish.
* Coach bankers and senior leaders on delivery for high‑stakes client meetings, investor briefings, and industry forums, strengthening executive presence and influence.
* Design and facilitate interactive programs on storytelling, executive presence, and persuasive communication tailored to Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) and Markets audiences.
* Provide trusted, consultative coaching to senior leaders and key talent, accelerating the development of high‑potential bankers.
* Improve communication effectiveness across internal and external settings, enabling leaders to communicate with authority, confidence, and empathy.
Qualifications
* Proven experience coaching senior leaders and deal teams, and designing and facilitating high‑impact training programs, ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
* Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders in fast‑paced, high‑stakes settings.
* Robust knowledge of investment banking and markets businesses, with the ability to apply this understanding to client pitching and advisory communication.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering concise, actionable feedback.
* Demonstrated expertise in presentation skills, storytelling, executive presence, and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience navigating compliance and regulatory considerations that impact client communications in financial services.
* Professional coaching, facilitation, or training certification preferred.
