Role purpose
Build Superdrug as a top destination for Own Brand Exclusives and Beauty Services (Beauty Studio).
Two key objectives
* Work with the marketing manager to build marketing support to drive awareness and credibility of Superdrug as a top destination for Exclusive Beauty among potential beauty suppliers and shoppers.
* Work with the marketing manager to lead and manage marketing support for Beauty Services through the line, both operational and customer-facing.
A Typical Day In This Role Includes
* Work with suppliers, buyers and key internal stakeholders to protect our Exclusives business/brands against top competitors by scoping and building organic and paid Marketing support.
* Work with the marketing manager to lead and own the strategy and implementation of co-funded Marketing campaigns for top Exclusive brands as agreed with Commercial team.
* Support the Commercial Team to build tailored Marketing plans and attract Exclusive Beauty brands, enabling growth within the Superdrug business; this role will own scoping for opportunities in this area.
* Be cross-functional point of contact and organic lead for Exclusive brands across organic social channels within Superdrug.
* Collaborate on short- and long-term strategies for Beauty Studio brand plans to drive key objectives for Beauty Services.
* Review and ensure all POS for events aligns with brand guidelines for Beauty Services.
* Work cross-functionally with the Beauty Services commercial and Operations Team.
* Manage Beauty Studio social pages from asset creation to community management and coordinate with the digital agency to activate paid social campaigns to grow our social community.
* Monitor marketing activity, evaluate campaigns, measure ROI, and share findings with the business with recommendations for improvements (for Exclusives and Beauty Services).
* Coordinate with external agency partners to deliver activity across social media, POS, PR, and paid media for Exclusives and Beauty Studio.

What You’ll Need
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience developing marketing materials and bringing them to life.
* Creative and innovative approach.
* Previous experience in beauty services is a bonus but not required.
* A marketing degree would be beneficial but not essential.
* Good understanding of social media channels and a keen interest in social media marketing for business.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Photoshop or other photo editing software experience would be beneficial.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal, including presentations).
* Confident and energetic attitude.

Hours: 37.5 hours, 9:00am – 5:30pm, hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities.
