Key Responsibilities: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on electrical systems. Troubleshoot and fix lighting (emergency, LED, control systems), power distribution, and switchgear. Monitor and maintain BMS (Building Management Systems). Assist with minor mechanical tasks and general building fabric repairs when required. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition).
