Weekdays, Mondays essential - 25 hrs p/w. Could be 5h a day but flexible as long as hours are met throughout week.
We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Southstoke, Bath. Completing all administrative tasks for the office on a part time basis; Managing communication and enquiries via phone and email, ensuring smooth & professional translations between clients, subcontractors & internal teams.
Assisting in scheduling and coordination of operatives and subcontractors, ensuring job progress is monitored and reported
Keeping stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
Ability to confidently liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders and manage contract documents.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
