The role allows you to build a predictable schedule with clients, knowing exactly when and where you will be needed.
Responsibilities
* Provide companionship and support as the primary service.
* Perform light housework, including cleaning and tidying.
* Assist with medication prompting.
* Offer personal care such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
* Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
* Take clients on outings and provide transport where needed.
Requirements
Kind, compassionate, caring and patient with a person‑centred approach. You should be able to uplift a client’s mood and make them smile. No previous experience required – we provide full training.
Benefits
* £12.15 – £13.25 per hour for a typical two‑hour visit, £15.00 – £16.10 for a one‑hour visit (most visits are 2 hours).
