Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Band 3 Clinical Support Worker to work in our newly created Enhanced Recovery Unit. The role involves providing patient‑focused support and learning all aspects of inpatient management to assist the nursing team in delivering high‑standard care.
Responsibilities
Support the nursing team and patients within an 8‑bedded unit that provides enhanced care for post‑operative Breast Reconstruction, Orthognathic surgery and Major Head and Neck surgery patients. Provide clinical support to both patients and staff at Queen Victoria Hospital.
Qualifications
• Experience in a care environment with an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent. • Ability to learn and support inpatient management processes.
