Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday
Bellyeoman Surgery is recruiting an Administration Team Leader. The Team Leader will be the lead for our busy admin team and work alongside clinicians and the Practice Manager to provide an effective and efficient service to 11500 patients in the City of Dunfermline.
Experience with GP clinical systems EMIS/Vision/Docman is essential and some Leadership / Management experience would be preferred.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of the admin team and patient contact. As the Team Lead you will work within the team, ensuring that all duties are performed efficiently and effectively to provide a high level of service and continuous improvement, to support our patients and clinical team whilst working collaboratively with the wider team. Preferred start date 1st June 2026
