This is a Senior Criminal Defence Solicitor role with real weight behind it. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the department, lead from the front, and build something of your own. This role is highly likely to develop into an office head of department if you desire.

* A long-term mindset, someone who wants to lead, grow, and make an impact
