Field Executive
Field Executive - Worcester - M4 Corridor
£23,500-£24,500 Per annum, Up to 10% performance bonus, Company Car, Tablet, Phone. Group benefits (DIS, Pension)
Reports To: National Sales Manager
Hours of Work: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Base: Field based with HQ visits and offsite meetings
Profile: Sales focused, confident, setting the standard, brand obsessed, charismatic, proactive.

Ideal candidates will have experience in gyms, sales, retail, or as brand ambassadors in FMCG/Consumer goods. Regardless, you should demonstrate:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop customer relationships and identify distribution opportunities
* Knowledgeably discuss sports performance and supplementation
* Maximize brand presence within trade territories
* Understand and promote product features and benefits
* Support existing accounts and identify growth opportunities
* Lead category and brand training with retailers/gyms
* Assist in re-merchandising and maintain brand standards
* Develop a high-performing field team to meet KPIs
* Share best practices and keep management informed
* Proactively resolve issues
* Maintain client and product knowledge for successful selling
* Execute tasks to high standards
* Provide feedback to support business and retail growth
* Complete administrative tasks timely and accurately
