You will manage:
Complex diary and appointments across time zones
End-to-end travel logistics and itineraries
On-the-ground support during trips
Personal errands: wardrobe, shopping, events
Coordination with staff, security, and household teams
High-level confidentiality at all times
Ideal candidate:
3+ years supporting HNW individuals or in a family office
Exceptional organiser, communicator, and multitasker
Tech-savvy (Office suite & travel tools)
Available for travel at short notice
