Our clients service is a boutique, luxury 26-bed facility offering exceptional nursing and residential care in a warm, family-style environment with the highest standards.
With a "Good" CQC rating across all categories, the service is dedicated to promoting a positive atmosphere where residents feel at home. Their daily activities include outings, themed events, and visits from entertainers, ensuring a vibrant and engaging community.
As their Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home. As a regulated business, they expect the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and be familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to the residents, whilst meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.
You will be supported externally by dedicated Operations and Central teams, and within the home you will have the support of a Deputy Manager and Administrator, as well as Hospitality and Housekeeping teams. These teams will collaborate with you to ensure smooth operations and exceptional care for their residents.
