JKC operates across the UK and Europe with a skilled and highly experienced team for a number of blue chip and high profile companies Role Description This is a full-time role for an Electrical Contracts Manager located in our Leeds office. The Electrical Contracts Manager will oversee the planning and execution of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Managing multiple sites and direct and sub contractor teams, daily tasks will involve estimating, coordinating with clients, supervising project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and conducting regular site inspections. The successful candidate will have the ability to grow as the company continues to grow and help shape the department Qualifications Project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and reporting Technical knowledge and experience in electrical systems and installations Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers Ability to manage multiple teams and contractors Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in the construction or shop fitting industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical works Package Negotiable salary based on experience Company Car Pension Bupa Health care
