Building a sustainable tomorrow\n\nBAM FM is recruiting a Air Conditioning Engineer to join our North West mobile engineering team and based out of our offices in Salford. Working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.\n\nMaking Possible\n\nYour mission\n\n• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.\n• Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.\n• Being on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.\n• Assisting other team members when required or as directed from the Contracts Manager.\n• Ensuring that all tasks are completed within the contractual time scales.\n• Proactively reduce energy consumption on site.\n• Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.\n• Adopting a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.\n• Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.\n• Understanding and completing all work related documentation accurately and on time.\n• Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner.\n• Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.\n• Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\nA challenging and continuously changing environment in a forward thinking organisation.
