Head of Sales – Roofing (Refurbishment Projects) - 📍 UK Wide / Flexible Location
A well-established and highly respected roofing manufacturer, supplying innovative systems and solutions across the UK construction market, with a strong presence in refurbishment and re-roofing projects is looking to appoint a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and develop the commercial function.
As Head of Sales, you will take full responsibility for leading the UK sales team, driving revenue growth, and strengthening the company’s position within the refurbishment and re-roofing sector.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.
* Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and deliver against targets
* Provide regular reporting and forecasting to senior leadership
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within construction materials (roofing experience highly desirable)
* Strong background in refurbishment / re-roofing sectors
* Demonstrable experience managing and developing successful sales teams (essential)
