About the Role
Dementia charity is seeking Trustees to support the organisation. Having recently received a grant from the National Lottery, we have big ambitions, and we need your help to achieve them!

This vital role ensures we can continue supporting people living with dementia. As a trustee, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills to help the strategic development of the charity. What Are We Looking For?
We need trustees with diverse skills and a passion to support those affected by dementia. Experience in finance, HR, grant funding, project management, or charity administration and governance is desirable. We are particularly interested in individuals with a finance background who may want to take on their first treasurer role, with training and support provided.
What Will You Be Doing?
Trustees play a crucial role at Dementia Friendly Keighley, a small but impactful charity serving the community. The trustees meet every six weeks for two-hour board meetings, with additional time commitments outside these meetings. This role offers an excellent opportunity to volunteer, develop new skills, and contribute meaningfully to the community. We welcome trustees of all backgrounds, ages, and characteristics.
