4R Group are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to help us deliver a first-class recycling service to our customers. The role is to drive a vehicle from our fleet of Class 2 Vehicles delivering to a wide variety of agricultural locations in the region.
The successful candidate will have experience driving HGV's and will be able to work flexibly and independently with support from our operational teams.
Main Duties and Responsibilities – What you need to do.
* Completing daily deliveries in accordance with agreed transport schedules
* Loading and unloading, using correct equipment and supervision of activity at all times
* Excellent communication and liaison with field staff, site staff and 4R transport management to ensure smooth running of operations and deliveries.
* Carrying out all duties in a professional manner
* Following safety and operational procedures in accordance with 4R and customer site policies, including health and safety procedures, loading procedures, spill response and emergency procedures
* Smart and professional appearance at all times, including use of appropriate 4R Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.
* Completion of all necessary compliance paperwork in a timely manner

Personal Specification – What you should have.
Qualifications
* Full Clean UK Class 2 Driving Licence
Skills/Knowledge
* 1 years' experience operating a tipper advantageous
* 1 years' experience driving Class 2 HGV's advantageous
* Class 1 Licence advantageous
* Experience in recycling transport would be a strong advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
* Flexible and adaptable work ethic
Pay & Benefits
Pay - £13.66 per hour, with a minimum of 50hrs per week Paid weekly in arrears.
Allowances - £25 overnight expense allowance
Bonus - £100 Attendance bonus paid 4 weekly
Holiday - 28 days including bank holidays
Other Benefits - Pension, Company funded CPC ongoing training/renewal
