We’re looking for a highly capable Commercial Manager to join a growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of strategic projects, programmes, and bids, providing expert commercial advice and governance within a complex, fast-paced environment.
As a Commercial Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to project, programme and bid teams, guiding on all commercial matters. From negotiating contracts and managing risk to advising on MoD procurement frameworks, you’ll ensure commercial excellence across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert commercial advice across projects and bids.
2. Negotiate and review commercial agreements (e.g., Ts&Cs, subcontracts).
3. Manage and re-negotiate contract changes.
4. Support bids with robust commercial governance.
5. Maintain compliance with internal policies and MoD standards.
