Digital Marketing Manager | SEO & PPC | Fashion E-Commerce
* Lincolnshire - Hybrid working (initially office-based)

I'm working with a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business that's been thriving since 2018. They've built a strong online presence and have exciting plans to open their first retail store soon, with a flagship store in the pipeline. This is a business that's known for stocking exclusive labels and creating a strong identity in its niche.
Currently, around 70% of their sales come through PPC, which is managed by an external agency. They're now ready to bring more of this in-house while building a solid foundation for organic growth. Your first big project will be a full site audit and SEO overhaul, creating a strategy that improves visibility, boosts conversions, and sets the business up for long-term success. From there, you'll take the lead on PPC, email marketing (with 35,000 active Klaviyo contacts ready to engage), and content creation that drives engagement and sales.
This is a hands-on role with real progression. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own marketing team.
