Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: 3 Dimensions School, Somerset, TA20 3AJ
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8.Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Due to continued growth, we’re excited to welcome a new SEN Teacher to our dedicated and passionate team at 3 Dimensions School.
We are looking for a creative and committed SEN Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. You'll play a key part in supporting their academic, social, and emotional development — helping them thrive both in and beyond the classroom.
Your teaching will be rooted in understanding, innovation, and a drive to help every pupil succeed.
Deliver core subjects (Maths and English) and contribute to a broad and balanced curriculum.
Monitor and track pupil progress through regular marking, assessment, and feedback.
Attend and contribute to EHCP annual reviews, providing detailed progress updates.
Be flexible and willing to take on additional duties as requested by the Head of School.
Strong understanding and experience of teaching children working at EYFS to KS2 level.
Experience in supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.
A creative, confident, and hands-on teaching style, with a focus on sensory and practical learning.
A passion for helping vulnerable young people to flourish.
A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) – essential
