We're currently looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our fast-paced and friendly team at our Ashby depot. If you're organised, calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
* Acting as the first point of contact for drivers, supporting issues such as failed deliveries, delays, and route queries
* Liaising with clients to resolve delivery-related concerns
* Managing and updating Proof of Delivery (POD) records
* Keeping our online booking portal accurate and up to date
* Supporting internal teams and improving communication with external stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent geographical knowledge
* A confident, logical approach to problem-solving
* Flexibility and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
* A team player with great communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred Experience:
* 1 year in a Customer Service role
* 1 year in Logistics or Transport
* 1 year of Administrative experience
* Phone etiquette and professional communication
* Competency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
