As a Housing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Housing Management and Income Services. Your responsibilities will include :
* Providing clear, accurate housing advice to tenants and homeowners.
* Assisting with mixed tenure repairs and consultations.
* Supporting tenancy sustainment and housing options.
* Identifying rechargeable repairs and ensuring income recovery.
* Proactively managing housing debt and negotiating repayment plans.
* Coordinating appointments and liaising with Housing Officers.
* Handling sensitive customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures., You will work 37 hours per week. Hybrid (a mix of office-based and remote working).
