Location: Bellshill • Schedule: Monday-Friday • Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re on the lookout for a Manufacturing Technical Trainer to elevate the skills, safety, and technical capabilities of our Blow Moulding team at Bellshill. What You'll Do
* Deliver engaging practical and classroom training to both new and existing Blow Mould Technicians.
* Coach colleagues on safe machine operation, start-up/shut-down procedures, and quality checks.
* Support onboarding processes and maintain up-to-date training and competency records.
* Collaborate with Shift Managers to identify skill gaps and plan targeted development.
* Contribute to improving training processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in training or coaching within a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with team members on the shop floor.
* Train-the-Trainer certification (essential).
* Experience in Blow Moulding or plastics manufacturing (advantageous).
* IOSH or L&D qualifications (nice to have).
