The 5 star COMO Shambhala Urban Escape offers travellers a calming metropolitan oasis in which to recover. The Urban Escape includes 6 treatment rooms (two of them for couples) offering a wide range of restorative, purposeful therapies for city-dwellers on the move
What you will do:
* Carry out a variety of massage and beauty treatments including therapeutic and deep tissue massage, Guinot and Dr hauschka Facials.
* Ensure every guest receives service of the very highest standard, providing caring and professional service and a high level of attention to detail
* Maintaining high standards in treatment rooms in accordance with hygiene requirements and the Como Shambhala experience
* Optimise spa revenue through product and treatment knowledge and superior customer service
* Be a proactive team member, supportive of your colleagues and working together to achieve a memorable guest experience
Who you are:
* Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in massage or beauty therapy
* Minimum of 2 years Experience in the Beauty Industry
* Possess a genuine passion for guest service and excellent standards
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to put these to great effect serving guests and maximising revenue
* Be personable, professional and engaging with impeccable manners
* Possess immaculate grooming and presentation
