Your new role
As the Head of Sales / Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company. You will lead, manage, and develop the Sales Team, driving business growth and strengthening client relationships. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing strategies to enhance business opportunities, overseeing pricing accuracy and margin improvements, and ensuring seamless handovers to the Major Works and Service & Repair teams. You will also be responsible for developing a cohesive marketing strategy, expanding the client base, and leading key account management efforts. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and report on progress, investment requirements, and performance metrics.
