TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with a Primary School located in Merthyr Tydfil. The Primary School is looking to take on a talented Teaching Assistant / TA on a temporary basis, supporting in their Foundation Phase. The successful candidate will be expected to educate and motivate pupils by using creative resources to contribute to their development whilst following child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
The successful Primary School Teacher will have:
Minimum level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification OR at least 6 months experience working with children in an educational establishment
Experience working with children up to Key Stage 2 / KS2
Excellent communication and
The ability to build good relationships with the staff and pupils
