Who You Are We are looking for experienced and qualified social work practitioners to join our vibrant and ambitious Sefton Council team within Children's Social Care. As a passionate social worker, you will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in statutory children's services, along with current SWECC registration. What the Job Involves As part of our Children's Social Care team, you will contribute to the effective operational delivery of services, with responsibilities including managing your own caseload, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and improving outcomes. Your role will involve complex decision-making, legislative work, evidence-based intervention, direct work with families, attending multidisciplinary forums, and contributing to service development. You will engage in partnership working, provide critical reflection, and demonstrate professional and ethical standards.
