Senior Surveyor - General Practice (Lease Advisory & Valuation)
Location: Midlands - covering the wider Midlands, Northern Home Counties & WalesOverview: Lead advisory work and help grow a high-performing specialist team.
We're seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor to join a Midlands-based team delivering high-quality lease advisory and valuation services to a broad client base. While a significant portion of the work involves Licensed & Leisure and Retail properties, specific experience in these sectors is desirable but not essential - a strong background in general commercial property will be equally valuable.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading lease advisory instructions across commercial property portfolios
* Managing acquisition and disposal assignments
* Overseeing valuation work for a variety of property types
* Driving growth of the valuation offering across the Midlands
Requirements:
* MRICS qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
* Experience within the Licensed & Leisure or Retail sectors is a plus, but not required
* Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills
* Proven expertise in lease advisory and Red Book valuations
* Strong commercial awareness and project management capability
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
