Payroll & People Advisor Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (1 day in office/week) Salary: £26,315 – £30,959 The Role Seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to manage high-volume transactions, resolve complex queries, and ensure accurate payroll processing. This role includes supporting user acceptance testing, advising on statutory legislation, and contributing to service improvements. Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate payroll data entry and processing. Resolve payroll queries within SLA timelines. Process statutory deductions (e.g., tax, NI, pensions). Compile employment contracts and support self-service. Conduct system testing and support service optimisation. Requirements Strong knowledge of HMRC absence legislation. Experience with tax, NI, pensions, and payroll systems. Confident in employment contract creation and UAT. Working towards or holding CIPP qualification desirable.
