Should you apply?
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior Health and Safety role.
* Strong skills in Health & Safety Management in UK & Ireland are highly desirable.
* Experience in the development and implementation of ISO systems & 45001)
* Relevant qualifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent)
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout UK & Europe.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Duties
* Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
* Supervise and manage junior advisors
* Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored to specific environments and operations.
* Prepare detailed reports on safety findings, including recommendations for improvements and compliance status.
* Provide training sessions on safety practices, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols to employees at all levels.
