How Will You Make an Impact?: Your drive and attention to detail will support our aim to ensure the customer experience is outstanding and help our customers make life saving products. Position Summary: Supporting the 2026 & beyond transformation journey and delivery, within the Employee Development Team across the Cramlington & Benton Lane facilities. Responsible for supporting and coordinating the departmental trainers across all areas of the business, review / audit training matrices to ensure completion. Review of current processes / practices and look to streamline and eliminate process waste. Support a culture of development, whilst embracing a growth mindset & identifying innovative opportunities Sharing & leveraging best practice both internally and across the network. Responsibilities: Day to day support of EDT programs & activities across site including day to day administration duties Liaise with and coordinate all training courses with internal stakeholders & external training providers Providing customer audit support & Trackwise closure actions Liaising with key stakeholders to create annual training plans Reformatting word & excel documents to support procedure & matrices rationalization & simplification initiatives Prepare and monitor training / employee development key performance indicators & reports on a monthly basis Drive collaboration across the SUD network to ensure a consistent approach to compliance. Supporting and coordinating the departmental trainers across all areas of the business. Support on new equipment trials with H&S and Engineering Review and audit business training programs Ensure progress reviews are completed to department training procedure Lais with Team Leads / Supervisors raising any training concerns or non compliance Audit the departmental trainers throughout the business Work closely with quality to ensure training standards are met, with regards to Customer complaints. Develop strong working relationship with Team Leads / Supervisors Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Excellent communication skills: Oral and written. Robust understanding of the MS Office platform Excellent attention to detail. Positive attitude, adaptable to change and flexible with working hours. Strong decision-making skills Demonstrable ability to use own initiative Open to change and quick to adapt
