This is an outstanding opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer or someone with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience to work on high-value, cross-border transactions within a top-tier team.
Key requirements:
• NQ–1 PQE with solid Corporate experience
• Strong background in M&A and Private Equity transactions
• Excellent academic record
• Training and experience gained at a highly ranked London Corporate team
