The purpose of this job
As Quality and Environmental Systems Manager you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS). You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with industry standards, regulations, and environmental policies while continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Your responsibilities as Quality and Environmental Systems Manager will include:
Leading as an IATF and ISO14001 Lead Auditor, overseeing system maintenance, and managing quality systems.
Leading cross-functional team (CFT) activities and providing multi-skilled support for Continuous Improvement initiatives on new and existing products and equipment.
Requesting testing of components and systems, evaluating and approving test reports according to company and external guidelines.
Assisting in the purchase of new equipment and facilities to meet budget objectives, and contributing to the development of test processes and procedures.
Managing capital and tooling budgets, ensuring the (QMS) remains up-to-date and compliant with customer and legislative requirements, and communicating changes to the QMS to relevant stakeholders.
Attending management reviews and overseeing both external and internal audit activities.
You’ll have:
Demonstratable experience working for a supplier for the automotive industry
IATF and ISO14001 essential
Strong QMS and EMS experience
Exceptional organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills
