What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
Sourcing top talent – identifying and engaging skilled candidates
Screening & interviewing – matching talent to the right opportunities
Building lasting client relationships – understanding hiring needs and delivering results
CRM management – keeping pipelines organised and up to date
Developing sector expertise – supported by structured training & mentorship
