We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across a variety of tasks, including event coordination and occasional travel arrangements and family administration. Key Responsibilities: Managing calendars, appointments, and scheduling Organising and coordinating events (both professional and personal) Handling travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries, prepare reports and presentations ahead of meetings. Acting as a point of contact for communications and correspondence Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks Running occasional errands and supporting ad hoc projects Requirements: Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to changing needs Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Details: Part-time hours (flexible, to be agreed) Some travel required Competitive hourly rate based on experience If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating order in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
